I'm so thankful that I finally got to explore the Blue Heron Paper company. I've been wanting to do this for over seven years I've just been lacking the balls to actually do it. It's heavily fenced and has 24/7 security.
I see why, the facility is huge and quite dangerous. There are bridges over huge pits and ravines that are hanging on by a shred of old rusty steel. Tetanus galore, and it smells like what I imagine hell would smell like. Still, after I heard they are going to demolish soon, I knew it was now or never.
We hopped the barbwire and ran across the train tracks. We spent about 30 minutes there until the security got eyes on us. We managed to hide and outrun them barely.
Would do it again in a heartbeat.
